<p>PURPOSE:To normally operate suction and exhaustion and raise a printing accuracy by a method wherein a piston shaft is controlled using a control means so that a piston and a flange are brought into close contact with each other during a non-operation time of a recovery pump. CONSTITUTION:When a piston 11 reaches a bottom dead center, the piston moves in a reverse direction to return to a state shown by a figure. At this time, the piston 11 starts moving together with a piston shaft 12 after a slip-off preventing part 12c of the piston shaft 12 abuts on the left end of the piston 11 by a frictional resistance between a piston slide surface 11a and the inner surface of a cylinder 10. In this manner, a gap is formed between a sealing surface 11b and a flange part 12a. As the piston 11 moves from left to right, absorbed ink flows into the opposite side of the cylinder 10 through a groove part 12b which is the gap between the sealing surface 11b and the flange part 12a. Next, repeating the longitudinal reciprocation of the piston 11 discharges the ink outside through a waste ink tube 15 of the cylinder 10.</p> |
