<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a roadbed material and its production method by which the construction is simple and reliable and the construction time is short and further, the durability is increased. CONSTITUTION:A base material is charged into a form to make a rectangular bed-form base 11 having notched shoulders 15 at the periphery of the upper face and through-holes 13 between the upper and lower faces. Next, a front decorative material is charged on the upper face of hard base to be stratified so as to fill the notched shoulders and at least the upper part of pierced holes and compacted and solidified. And the protrusions 17 fitted in the pierced holes are formed as a unified body together with the elastic surface decorative material layer 12 attached to the rear face. In this way, the roadbed material dispenses with the leveling work of a road and it can be used as a sturdy and durable water-permeable material for pavement.</p> |
