PURPOSE: To eliminate the nonuniformity of fiber distribution by providing the layers of a composite material including fiber yarns disposed generally on the circumference of a mandrel relative to a rotating axis of the mandrel. CONSTITUTION: When reinforced fiber 2 (glass fiber, carbon fiber) soaked with a substance in which a polymer such as epoxy and polyester is netted is wound on a rotatingly driven mandrel 12, a spiral groove for accepting the reinforced fiber 2 is formed by a hollow structural shape material 5 constituting a mold, and the structural shape material 5 is wound continuously and spirally around the periphery of the mandrel 3. Then, the mandrel 12 is formed by covering the layers 10 of a composite material formed of polyamide yarns or carbon slightly negative in linear expansion coefficient in vertical axis direction on the outer peripheral surface of a metallic cylindrical member 11 so that the overall thermal expansion of the mandrel 12 is approximately equal to that of the reinforced fiber 2. |
