PURPOSE:To prevent cutout by simultaneously advancing foaming of a foamed resin material as a whole, damaging large foams included in the material to obtain the material having no air reservoir, and sufficiently supplying the material in an overhang shape. CONSTITUTION:A casting head 17 for supplying foamed resin material R to a cavity 1 of molds 9 in molds opened state is provided. A first diffusing air nozzle 21 for diffusing compressed air E1 to the material R to be supplied from the head 17 to diffuse the material R in the cavity 1 by the air pressure is provided.
