PURPOSE:To obtain a flame-retardant resin composition excellent in flame- retardancy and moldability. CONSTITUTION:The resin composition is prepared by incorporating an aluminum hydroxide-base inorganic flame-retardant (A), a halogenic flame-retardant (B), antimony oxide and a phosphorus compound in a polyolefin resin (C) containing an ethylene-ethyl acrylate copolymer. The blending proportions of components (A) and (B) are 100-220 pts.wt. and 0.5-15 pts.wt., respectively, based on 100 pts.wt. of component (C). The laminate is prepared by forming a resin layer 1 comprising the frame-retardant resin composition and laminating a metal 3 on at least one surface of the resin layer 1 (2 is an adhesive layer). |
