PURPOSE:To provide transfer equipment whose device action at the time of transferring is extremely smooth and in addition which is suitable for use under clean environment. CONSTITUTION:A first parallel crank mechanism is made up of a first link 1; a second link 2; and a pair of first link arms 3, and a second parallel crank mechanism is made up of the second link 2; a transferring link 4; and a pair of second link arms 5. A transmitting mechanism to transmit the crank movement of the first parallel crank mechanism to the second parallel crank mechanism is made up of a first pulley 7 fixed at either one of the paired first link arms 3; a second pulley 9 fixed at either one of the paired second link arms 5; and a pair of belt members 10 hung stretchingly between the first pulley 7 and the second pulley 9. By making the first parallel crank mechanism conduct a crank movement, the second parallel crank mechanism is made to conduct the crank movement through the transmitting mechanism, and a transferred object held by means of the transferring link 4 is transferred.
