PURPOSE:To contribute to conservation of resources while decreasing pollution by a method wherein a foamed material for constituting a cushioning material for package is replaced by corrugated board. CONSTITUTION:A corrugated board sheet 1, with a slot 2 for holding a peripheral part of a disk-like article to be packaged, such as an antenna for receiving radio wave from a broadcasting satellite, provided to a part close to its one side, is used as a cushioning material for package. Four of such cushioning materials are prepared for a single article to be packaged. Then, four parts on the circumference of the article to be packaged are held with the slots 2 respectively, and a part left behind on the other side of each of the corrugated board sheets 1 is folded in zigzagging or scrolling in a position in front of the slot 2. The four corrugated board sheets folded in such state are put in four corners of a specified packing case. Since the cushioning material for package as mentioned above can be recycled, it can contribute to conservation of resources. It is pollution-free when discarded. |
