PURPOSE:To surely prevent the irregular alignment condition of piled recording sheets after the lapse of time by a simple constitution. CONSTITUTION:A side guide 52 regulating the side end part of recording sheets S is provided with an elastic part 52e and a projecting part 52f having a taper face 52g. The taper face 52g has a slope in the direction of projecting to the recording sheets side as it goes upward, and has the function for pressing the recording sheets from the upper side. Consequently, even if the device is used under bad enironment, it can be prevented to become in irregular alignment condition with the lapse of time.
