<p>PURPOSE:To realize a recycling method in which a wasted fiber product and a synthetic resin product are reutilized by finely grinding waste generated from an automobile or the like and dispersing the pulverized material in water and mixing the binder composition of specified quantity into the dispersion liquid and uniformly dispersing it and thereafter performing dehydration and heating. CONSTITUTION:Waste mainly generated from an automobile and a building is finely ground. The pulverized material is dispersed in water and thermoplastic fiber is mixed into the dispersion liquid at 5-50wt.%. After the mixture is uniformly dispersed, dehydration and heating are performed. Synthetic, vegetable, animal and mineral discontinuous fibers and the fragments of synthetic resin foam and sheet such as vinyl chloride and vinyl acetate are contained in the pulverized material. In other words, sound absorbing material and heat insulator are produced by using the pulverized material of a felt product generated from a disused automobile, plastic foam material and plastic sheet material at 100%. Waste contributes to recycling of materials and the sound absorbing material and the heat insulator are produced at a low cost.</p> |
