PURPOSE: To obtain a coating capable of forming a material having no highly reflective surface after applying on a construction job site, which can be easily coated and protects materials from corrosion by using a coating metal material having a low reflection factor, a high corrosion resistance and two-phase tin-zinc metal coating consisting of tin and zinc of particular weight percentages. CONSTITUTION: Tin-zinc coating is a two-phase metal coating and, if applied to stainless steel or low carbon steel material, then coating with a high corrosion resistance capable of decreasing the corrosion of materials when exposed to the atmosphere can be formed. Also by adding at least 15 wt.% of tin and at least 65% of zinc to a tin-zinc alloy, the corrosion resistance of the two-phase metal coating can be remarkably improved compared to a protective coating essentially comprising tin. By adding zinc to tin, the two-phase metal coating indicates an excellent corrosion resistance better than a turned metal depending on tin covering and environment. |
