The synchronizing spring for reducing the noise generated from the gear backlash, generates the constant friction between the internal diameters of a synchronizing ring and a gear cone and helps the tooth surface of two gears always being contacted. The synchronizing system has a synchronizing ring(1), a spring(2), a key(3), a shaft sleeve(4), a speed gear cone(5), guide piece(6). The synchronizing spring has two misaligned ends for forming an opening(2') and receives the elasticity(F2) from the shaft direction.
