SEPARATION DECREASING AGENT FOR HYDRAULIC COMPOSITION, HYDRAULIC COMPOSITION AND MOLDING

PURPOSE:To impart a high fluidity and high packability to a hydraulic compsn. and high sepn. resistance to water and aggregate by using thyrium seed gum as a sepn. decreasing agent of the hydraulic compsn. CONSTITUTION:This sepn. decreasing agent for the hydraulic compsn. contains the thyrium seed gum. The sepn. decreasing agent is preferably formed by incorporating beta-1, 3-glucan in addition to the thyrium seed gum therein. The beta-1, 3-glucan is preferably derived from bacteria and more preferably curdlan. The weight ratio of the thyrium seed gum and the beta-1, 3-glucan is usually about 50:50 to 1:99. The thyrium seed gum is used at about 0.001 to 0.1wt.% of the weight of the hydraulic material. The thyrium seed gum is used at about 0.001 to 0.1wt.% and the beta-1, 3-glucan at about 0.01 to 1wt.% of the weight of the hydraulic material in the case of combinative use. The content of the sepn. decreasing agent is about 0.005 to 5kg per 1m<3> hydraulic compsn.
