CONCRETE ADMIXTURE WITH DEPHOSPHORIZED SLAG AND BLAST-FURNACE WATER-CRASHED GRANULATED SLAG AS BASE

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain a concrete admixture with the carbonation suppressed due to the low exothermic property when mixed with cement and capable of forming a cement concrete increased in long-term strength. CONSTITUTION:This concrete admixture is obtained by heat-treating a steelmaking dephosphorized slag contg. fluorapatite and beta-C2S at 400-900 deg.C to reduce the free lime content and mixing the slag with a blast-furnace water- crashed granulated slag in 1:0.8 to 1.2 ratio. Consequently, the dephosphorized slag and blast-furnace granulated slag abundantly produced in the steelmaking industry are effectively utilized.
