PURPOSE:To smoothly dispense contained liquid without a rise of a part expected to be at vent or a drop of a shoulder caused wherein the expected part is brought close to the shoulder of a container. CONSTITUTION:A part expected to be an air hole 5 comprises an arc half-cut line 9 made from a container outside as a protrusion on a rule 7 side provided on a shoulder and a vertical half-cut line 11 made from the container outside and extending from the center of the arc line 9 toward oppositely to the line 9.
