<p>PURPOSE:To enhance the safety and simply perform detection by certainly detecting the operational abnormality of a heater at the time of the regeneration of an air permeable moisture absorbing material. CONSTITUTION:The air passage opened to both of the inside and outside of a casing 3 having a suction port 1 and an exhaust port 2 is formed in the casing 3 and a fan 7, a heater 8 and an air permeable moisture absorbing material 9 are arranged to the air passage and a temp. detection element 11 detecting exhaust temp. is arranged to the exhaust port 2. The exhaust temp. detected by the temp. detection element 1 after a time T1 is elapsed from the point of time when the heater 8 is turned ON is compared with the exhaust temp. detected before the heater 8 is turned ON to confirm the presence of the rise of the exhaust temp. and, when there is no temp. rise, the heater is judged to be abnormal and the exhaust temp. detected after a time T2 is elapsed from the point of time when the heater is turned OFF is compared with the exhaust temp. before the heater is turned OFF to confirm the presence of the lowering of the exhaust temp. and, even when there is no lowering of temp., the heater 8 is juged to be abnormal.</p> |
