PURPOSE:To provide a method for producing an aniline, having high catalytic activity, capable of carrying out reaction at a lower temperature, having no coking and a long life of catalyst. CONSTITUTION:A phenol is reacted with an aminating agent in the presence of a catalyst comprising a titania-zirconia compound oxide which is prepared by mixing and hydrolyzing aqueous solutions of a titanium compound and a zirconium compound having 50-80g/l concentration calculated as titanium and zirconium and has 5-6nm average pare diameter to give an aniline. |
