<p>PURPOSE:To improve mechanical strength of a locking claw such as bending strength, buckling strength by a method wherein a plurality of plate-shaped claws are provided on the locking claw for preventing the rotation of a tape hub, and a reinforcing part having a width larger than the thickness of each plate-shaped claw is provided on each of the claws. CONSTITUTION:There are provided a case body 5 and a cover which are connected together so as to be relatively opened and closed. A pair of locking claws 10 for preventing the rotation of a tape hub is projected from a main surface wall 8 of the case body 5 on the left and right side on the inner surface of the wall 8. In this case, a plurality of plate-shaped claws 21-23 are provided on the claw 10 so as to radially extend from the center of the claw 10. And a reinforcing part 24 having a width larger than the thickness of each of the claws 21-23 are provided integrally with the radially extended end of each of the claws 21-23. As a result, mechanical strength, such as bending strength and buckling strength, of the claw 10 can be enhanced. Consequently, a storing case for tape cartridge provided with a locking claw 10, which is not easily broken even if it is subjected to the shock of a fall, can be provided.</p> |
