<p>PURPOSE:To prevent forgery and alteration of a registration certificate for seal impression by dividing the certificate into visible information and invisible information. CONSTITUTION:In a seal impression registration certificate 10 having a card-like form, a pattern layer 13 formed by a process ink of Y, M, C for base pattern as visual information and an ID number 12 formed by numeric characters and a bar code are provided on a base material 11 consisting of paper or plastic sheet. In the area of the pattern layer 13 of the visual information, a printing layer 15 formed by a transparent invisible ink which can be discriminated in an infrared area and contains an infrared absorbent as a main component is provided, or stamping of a registered seal impression is performed with a transparent invisible vermilion ink pad.</p> |
