<p>PURPOSE:To provide a sheet feed device which can surely prevent poor feed such as oblique movement of a sheet without obstructing operation of a separating claw. CONSTITUTION:A guide member 48 constituting the feed reference of recording paper in the vicinity of a separating claw 45 provided capably of being swung by means of a pin 50 is fitted to a cassette container 40, and the separating claw 45 is provided in a gap between the inside face of the cassette container 40 and the guide member 48 capably of being swung. Because the guide member 48 as a reference member is arranged up to the position of the separating claw in this way, a sheet can be fed along the reference to the last, and hence generation of poor feed such as oblique movement can be reduced.</p> |
