CONSTITUTION:A CPU 16 monitors the voltage of a battery 44 with a battery voltage detection circuit 46, and immediately after the life of the battery is sensed, a warning sentence is indicated on a liquid crystal display 10 to give a warning to a user. After that, the first document processor conducts printing to a fixed breakpoint such as a page, a block, and a word to stop driving a thermal head 12. The second document processor detects the life of the battery, conducts printing up to a fixed partition, and stop operating the thermal head 12 once, so that a message is indicated on the liquid crystal display 10, which asks the user of whether or not printing should be continued. |
