PURPOSE:To rigidly fix a layer and to easily separate the layer in the case of regenerative use by forming a peripheral wall plural-layer region of a hollow molded form at an outer layer of a protruding bent part of resin having larger shrinkage factor than that of an inner layer, forming at a recess bent part of resin having smaller shrinkage factor, and fixing it by its clamping force. CONSTITUTION:A bumper B1 is formed at a peripheral wall front surface side of a protruding bent part R1 and at a peripheral wall rear surface side of a recess bent part R2. A bumper body 1 is fixed to a surface 2 by holding the surface 2 by its holding part 4 and the body 1 by its holding part 3 in an engaging state by a clamping force of a difference (about 1.3%) of molding shrinkage factors between a glass fiber reinforced ABS resin (about 0.3A%) having small molding shrinkage factor for forming the body 1 and an olefin elastomer resin (about 1.8%A) having large molding shrinkage factor for forming the surface 2. accordingly, the body 1 is fixed to the surface 2 by the clamping force due to a difference of the shrinkage factors of the resins of the body 1 and the surface 2. |
