PURPOSE:To provide a method for producing a frozen food, capable of immediately heat-treating the frozen food without requiring thawing treatment before heating and supplying the wholly uniform and tasty food as a food after the heat treatment. CONSTITUTION:This method for producing a frozen food carries out a first process for blending a liquid raw material with a proper amount of a solidifying substance and packing the mixture into a bag or a container and a second process for freezing the liquid raw material. |
