PASTE-STATE SEASONING, ITS PRODUCTION AND PORTABLE SEASONING FILLED WITH THE SAME SEASONING

PURPOSE:To obtain a paste-state seasoning easy to handle in use and suitable for a portable seasoning, etc., by blending a cellulose fine powder with a seasoning and treating the resultant mixture using a high-pressure homogenizer. CONSTITUTION:This paste-state seasoning can be obtained by blending preferably 0.5 to 5wt.% cellulose fine powder with a seasoning such as soy sauce and treating the resultant mixture using a high-pressure homogenizer. In addition, a portable seasoning can be obtained by packaging the resultant paste-state seasoning in a small vessel.
