PURPOSE:To obtain a polyolefin resin composition containing a modified polyolefin resin excellent in moldabilty, surface property, heat stability, compatibility, shock resistance and rigidity by compounding a modified polyolefin, a phenolic compound containing a (meth)acryloyl group, etc., and an antioxidant at specific ratios. CONSTITUTION:This composition is obtained by compounding (A) 100 pts.wt. of a modified polyolefin obtained by polymerizing 1-500 pts.wt. of a vinyl monomer (preferably an aromatic vinyl compound, an alkyl methacrylate or an unsaturated nitrile compound) in the presence of 100 pts.wt. of a crystallizable polyolefin with (B) 0.01-20 pts.wt. of a phenolic compound containing a (meth) acryloyl group [preferably 2-t-butyl-6-(3-t-butyl-2-hydroxy-5-methylbenzyl)-4- methylphenyl (meth)acrylate] and/or a sulfurous compound containing an acrylic group and (C) 0-20 pts.wt. of a phenolic antioxidant, a phosphate antioxidant and/or a sulfurous antioxidant. |
