PURPOSE:To obtain a resin composition which has a good adhesiveness to aluminum, shows a proper adhesiveness to expanded polystyrene, and is improved in the slipperiness of sealing layer. CONSTITUTION:The resin composition comprises (A) 20-70 pts.wt. of an ethylene/(meth)acrylic acid/(meth)acrylic ester copolymer or a mixture of the copolymer with an ethylene/(meth)acrylic acid copolymer and/or an ethylene/(meth)acrylic ester copolymer, (B) 10-55 pts.wt. of a low-density polyethylene, (C) 5-20 pts.wt. of a lowly crystallizable ethylene/alpha-olefin copolymer, and (D) 5-20 pts.wt. of a tackifying resin (the total is 100 pts.wt.). Component (A) is so prepared that the composition may have a (meth)acrylic acid content of 3-8wt.% and a (meth) acrylic ester content of 1-12wt.%. |
