PURPOSE: To easily combine a holding device of a stirring machine with an arbitrary stirring mechanism and to enable high measurement accuracy and low cost manufacture by providing a bell-and-spigot joint which allows the insertion of the stirring mechanism by a friction connection type and/or engagement connection type in order to be attachably and detachably integrated with the stirring mechanism. CONSTITUTION: Since the stirring machine 3 may be easily attachably and detachably coupled to the holding device 4, the holding device 4 may be combined with the stirring machine 3 of various different types. The stirring machine is provided with a suitable adapter for an entry 12 and/or centering juncture 9 in order to easily insert the stirring machine 3 of the various types into the entry 12 and to allow the centering of an associated revolving shaft 10 to the axis 15 of rotation of a rotary bearing 11 at this time. As a result, even the stirring machine 3 of an old type which is not particularly designed heretofore by originally taking torque measurement into consideration may be inserted to the holding device 4, and eventually, a torque measuring instrument may be installed and expanded afterward.
