<p>PURPOSE:To reduce software design man-hour by deciding the basic pattern of a sequence control program based on inputted summary specifications and equipment structure information. CONSTITUTION:A user inputs the summary specification for which individual production act in a plant are units from an input part 1 and stores them in a summary specification storage part 2. Further, the equipment structure information of the plant is inputted and stored in an equipment structure information storage part 3. Then, in a part identification part 4, a part in an equipment for executing the production act is specified from a descriptive text in the summary specifications. Consecutively, a basic pattern preparation part 5 prepares the basic pattern of a processing sequence provided in the specified part based on the summary specifications and the equipment structure information corresponding to rules in a rule storage part 6. Then, a basic element preparation part 7 prepares basic elements based on the basic pattern and a description part in the summary specifications. Then, a basic element connection part 8 connects the basic elements based on the basic elements and connection information in the summary specifications and the sequence control program is outputted from an output part 9.</p> |
