PURPOSE:To make it possible to form an inductance element having a good area efficiency by providing moving means which separates or puts closer two or more movable plate-shaped members arranged in parallel below a capillary tool. CONSTITUTION:A plate-shaped members opening/closing mechanism arranged in parallel below a capillary tool has a solenoid 34a, its end portion is equipped with plates 38a and 38b constituting a wire winding portion, and the plates are opened or closed by applying a current to the solenoid 34a and by turning ON and OFF the exciting state. Therefore, by making variable the width for opening and closing the two plates 38a and 38b, various sizes of air-core coils can be formed, and an inductance element matched to a circuit can be obtained. Also, deformation of the form of a coil can be avoided by pulling out the two plates 38a and 38b in closed state, thereby forming gold wire coils having a constant shape. |
