PURPOSE:To attain the operation of an external equipment without carrying of an external power supply and to monitor an RF signal by supplying power in a CATV amplifier to either or both of input and output side monitor terminals. CONSTITUTION:An RF signal branched by a branching filter 16 and a DC voltage from an AVR circuit 7 are inputted to an LC circuit of an input monitor terminal 4, mixed in the LC circuit and outputted from the terminal 4. Furthermore, the RF signal, branched by a branching device 17 at an output terminal 2 and an output voltage of the circuit 7 are given to an LC circuit of an output monitor terminal 5, in which they are mixed and the result is outputted to the terminal 5. As a result, the DC voltage is outputted at the terminals 4, 5. One terminal of a connection cable 8 is connected to the terminal 5 and an external equipment 3 is connected to the other terminal via the LC circuit. The RF signal and the DC voltage from the terminal 5 are given to the cable 8, the LC circuit divides the DC voltage into other RF signal and it is fed to a measurement terminal through a power terminal of the equipment 3. |
