<p>PURPOSE: To provide a computer with a means improving the displaying state of a line drawn by freehand input by smoothing the line. CONSTITUTION: The provided computer of a pen base incrementally prevents the aliasing of a line drawn by a user by applying a smoothing filter to the pen sensor picture of relatively high resolution and sub-sampling the result so as to provide a picture of relatively low resolution, which is displayed by using a gray scale.</p> |
