<p>PURPOSE:To provide a small-sized high voltage generator with improved reliability for breakdown strength. CONSTITUTION:In this high voltage generator for applying a high voltage outputted from a high voltage generation part to a load and connecting the high voltage to a feedback circuit (not shown in the figure) by resistance- dividing the high voltage through a detection means 1 composed of a resistance part 5 and a capacitor part 6, the resistance part 5 constituting the detection means 1 is formed by printing a resistor 3 in a waveform shape along a longitudinal direction on the surface of a substrate 2 constituted of a dielectric. Also, for the capacitor part 6, plural electrode plates 4 are fitted in a parallelly arranged state along the longitudinal direction.</p> |
