<p>PURPOSE:To provide a photosensitive resin composition that provides high sensitivity, high resolution and high developing margins. CONSTITUTION:A photosensitive resin composition is obtained by addition of a photopolymerization initiator to a polymer binder and to a monomer having an ethylene unsaturated double bond, the photopolymerization initiator containing an acridine compound and at least one kind of triazine compound represented by formulae I, II and III (R1, R2 represent an alkyl group of l to 3 carbons).</p> |
