The drilling system has a reduction gear unit (1) at the head of a slideway support (5), transmitting a rotation from a motor (3) to a rotary bar (4) on which a second reduction gear unit (7) with hollow shafts slides. One hollow shaft contains needle bearings at one end and a rod (9) and injection head (8) at the other to remove sediment from the hole being drilling. The unit also has two power cylinders (12, 17) to extend the slideway and lift it with the aid of a cable (18). The drive motor (3) can be electrically, hydraulically or pneumatically operated.
