The receptacle (7) is made of watertight rubber and is held on the end of the handle of the umbrellas. It has an inner sleeve (3) which protects the handle. It has supple ribs (2) inside it so that it holds a handle of any length. A circular membrane (1), round the upper edge of the receptacle, prevents water overflowing when the umbrella is manipulated. At the bottom of the sleeve there is a thin membrane (5), covered with plastics material, allow a long handle to be pushed through it.
