<p>PURPOSE:To uniformize and stabilize the dispersibility of the charge control component in a toner and eventually the electrostatic chargeability by uniformization of the toner and to prevent fogging of images so as to improve the images by incorporating a specific charge control agent into the toner. CONSTITUTION:The charge control components in which particles of a grain size <=3.17mum at both ends of a grain size distribution are decreased to <=15wt.% and the particles of a grain size >=8mum are decreased to <=20wt.%, are incorporated as the raw material into the toner. Namely, the particles of the charge control means are made uniform and the dispersibility thereof in the toner is improved, thereby, the electrostatic charge characteristic of the toner is improved and the images having good image quality free from the fogging are obtd. The peaks are sharpened by improving the dispersibility of the charge control agent in the toner particles in such a manner and narrowing the range of the distribution characteristics of the electrostatic charge quantity to obtain the toner for the image forming device capable of improving the image quality.</p> |
