PURPOSE:To insert a slip sheet into an arbitrary page by feeding the slip sheet after a paper sheet was completed in recording on one surface of a page is ejected, when the page to be inserted with a slip sheet is completed in one face recording and feeding a slip sheet as it is when the page is completed in both face recording. CONSTITUTION:This image recorder is provided with a means deciding whether the page to be inserted with a slip sheet is the one face recorded one or both surfaces recorded are and a control means feeding a slip sheet S1 after the paper completed in the recording of one surface of the page is ejected in the page after its one surface is recorded based on the decision of this deciding means and a slip sheet S2 as it is in the page after its both surface is recorded. When the page to which the slip sheet is fed is one after is one surface is recorded, on the surface opposite to this surface, the image of the next page can not be recorded, so that the paper having the completion of the recording is ejected and then, the slip sheet is fed. When both surfaces of the page into which the slip sheet is inserted have already been recorded, the slip sheet S2 is fed as it is because of an end to the image of the next page. |
