PURPOSE:To calculate a production line whose production capacity is lowest from plural production lines and to estimate the cause of lowering the production capacity by predicting the production line whose individual production capacity is low as a problem process for lowering the production efficiency of the entire production lines, changing working conditions based on the prediction and performing simulation. CONSTITUTION:The production number per hour of one line for which full time and holding time is subtracted as shown in (b) from connection production capacity which is the combined model of the production line and the production line shown in (a) is defined as the individual production capacity and the problem process and the cause are predicted from it. That is, the production line whose individual production capacity is low is predicted as the problem process for lowering the production efficiency of the entire production lines. The predicted production line is simulated and when it is improved more than a set value set beforehand, the assumed production line is decided as the problem process. Also, the cause of the problem process is estimated from the working conditions of the production line at the time. |
