PURPOSE:To utilize effectively a system by displaying clearly a residual battery capacity, a transmission time, and a battery use frequency so as to recognize clearly a time when an IC memory card modem is available and data available for transfer. CONSTITUTION:An IC memory card section 1 or a radio section 2 calculates a residual battery capacity of a battery pack based on a current of the battery and it is fed to a CPU 7 via an interface 6. Then the CPU 7 calculates and discriminates the transmission time of data, a battery use frequency and availability of transfer of data and displays the result on a display device 5. In the case of transferring data, since the residual battery capacity, the battery use frequency required for transferring data, and the time for transfer are displayed on the display device 5 of a terminal 8 in this way, the operator clearly recognizes the quantity of data available for transfer based on the residual battery capacity and the battery use frequency required for transferring data. Furthermore, the operator decide the priority of data when plural data are in existence to proceed the job efficiently. |
