PURPOSE:To provide a solar battery module wherein on its light incidence surface side a fluorine resin film is used as a covering material and on the surface of the covering material a moisture-proof silicon oxide layer is provided. CONSTITUTION:In a solar battery module, its solar battery cell comprises a photovoltaic transducer 10 whose constituent main bodies are a semiconductor layer and a transparent conductive layer, and a thin film 13 whose main material is silicon oxide is applied to a fluorine resin film 14 covering the light incidence surface of the solar battery cell. |
