<p>PURPOSE: To provide a printed circuit card wherein high density of I/O pads is realized. CONSTITUTION: This printed circuit card has first and second major surfaces 31 and 33 connected with four subordinate surfaces, while one or both of major surfaces and at least one subordinate surface having I/O pads 28 and 30. The printed circuit card is formed from a stack of insulating layers 21, 22, and 23. One or more of these insulating layers have the pattern of conductive lines 24-27 provided over it. Selected one of these conductive lines terminate in respective I/O pads positioned on one of major surface. By providing another I/O pads at end part of a card, or on a subordinate surface, a conductive line can be further placed on the card, and terminated.</p> |
