PURPOSE:To provide a method for manufacturing a miniature motor producing high torque using small quantity of rare earth plastic magnet and a rotor therefor having a magnet layer which is not stripped easily. CONSTITUTION:The miniature motor comprises 8 stator 3 fixed to the inside of a casing 2, and a rotor 4 disposed oppositely thereto wherein the rotor comprises a rotary shaft 5 supported rotatably on the casing, a plastic rotor body 31 having irregularities on the outer peripheral, surface thereof and inserted with the rotary shaft, and a rare earth plastic magnet layer 32 formed on the outer peripheral surface. |
