PURPOSE:To provide a gas laser oscillation device wherein misregistration between a laser optical axis in a discharge electrode part and a laser optical axis of a light pickup port is prevented. CONSTITUTION:A tubular laser container through tube 25 is attached to both sides of an optical axis direction of a discharge electrode part 3. A light pickup port 9 is formed at a tip part of the laser container through tube 25 and is constituted to make a laser optical axis in the discharge electrode part 3 and a laser optical axis of a light pickup port 9 coincide each other. Meanwhile, a side wall which becomes an optical axis direction of a laser container 1 is provided with an opening part 1a for arranging the laser container through tube 25 passing through. The laser container through tube 25 is airtightly sealed and attached to the laser container 1 through a first seal plate 22, a second seal plate 23 and an O-ring 24 attached to a flange 21 formed in the opening part 1a. |
