PURPOSE:To shorten the CAD processing time for a three-dimensional CAD solid modeler when an implicit function curve undergoes the approximate conversion and is fetched as a Beziers curve. CONSTITUTION:In a curve approximating method which expresses a curve after approximating it, an implicit function curve 101 which can be expressed in a form of y=f (x) is approximated by plural Beziers curves 301 which are expressed in the forms of x=fx (t) and y=fy (t) where 0<=t<=1 is satisfied. |
