PURPOSE: To simply and easily generate a composed image without necessitating skillfulness. CONSTITUTION: This image composing method and its device are for composing a first digitally generated image and at least one previously stored image. Previously stored digital image 70 is selected to select an output format for printing, displaying, transferring or storing the first digitally generated image and the selected image to compose the first generated image at the positions 51 to 55, 61, 63, 65 and 67 of the selected and previously stored digital image 70 according to this output format.
