PURPOSE:To realize the musical sound generator which controls a sampled picture pattern synchronously with generated musical sounds. CONSTITUTION:Object picture data DO to be displayed on the picture background is stored in a preset picture ROM 8; and when a musical instrument part 1 generates a musical sound parameter corresponding to performance operation or performance information, a picture control circuit 20 and a microcomputer part 2 convert sampling picture data DS inputted as a picture through a CCD 24 and object picture data DO read out from the preset picture ROM 8 to an object OB and control the display position of the object OB on the picture background in accordance with the musical sound parameter. |
