PURPOSE:To constitute a system corresponding to performance of each DC generating set based on an individual estimation value by estimating performance at operational load time of the DC generating set before starting an operation. CONSTITUTION:Fuel cell stacks A to D are arranged to be divided into two systems in each two sets, to measure, prior to operating each fuel cell stack A to D, open circuit time voltage of the fuel cell stacks A to D, and from this measured value, a characteristic at operating load time of each fuel cell stack A to D is estimated, to set, in accordance with this estimated value, a system where each fuel stack A to D must belong. For instance, the fuel stacks A, B are set for whether connected in series or not, the fuel cell stacks A, C are set for whether connected in series or not and the fuel cell stacks A, D are set for whether connected in series or not. In the case of 2 parallels and 2 series, 3-way combination is provided, to select any combination based on the estimated value. When the combination is set, in accordance with this setting, each fuel cell stack A to D is connected in series respectively to each other in each system. |
