<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate the deviation of the measurement position due to the transmission fault at the time of sending the measurement data on an object to be measured and to accurately grasp the position of the occurrence of a product failure of the object to be measured. CONSTITUTION:The quality of a sheet steel 1 which travels on a process line is measured for each cycle by sensors S1-S3. The measured raw data are processed to the achievement data by microcomputers M1-M3 for each measurement command signal C. A tracking part 3 sends a command signal acception number N1 to a process computer 2 by the signal C. The sensors S1-S3 send the signal C to the microcomputers M1-M3 at the timing passing the measurement point for the sheet steel 1 at this time. When the microcomputers M1-M3 send a command signal acception number N2 with the achievement data, the process computer 2 matches the number N1 and N2 and collects the corresponding achievement data and the measurement position.</p> |
