PURPOSE:To eliminate an abnormal deforming at the time of force-fitting and thereby to prevent force-fitting deffect from occurring by making a top end of a contactor have an about semispherical shape having roundness. CONSTITUTION:Whole flange 1 is constituted of a flange main body 2, an axis 3, a contactor 4 consisting of a conductive material, a conductive connecting material 5 and a cylindrical conductive base body (photoreceptor drum) 6. The top end of the contactor 4 is formed into an about semispherical shape having roundness. The contactor can be consisting of conductive material such a steel, aluminum and conductive resin. Adequate value of the height (h) by which the contactor 4 is projected from a flange force-fitting part varies according to the material of the base body 6 or the contactor 4 but is about 0.05 to 0.3mm when an aluminum base body is associated with the contactor consisting of steel or aluminum. By this constitution, the contactor 4 can freely move at the time of force-fitting and force-fitting deffect is prevented from occurring. |
