PURPOSE:To inexpensively obtain an optical disk having appearance recognized to be almost perfectly golden by many people and maintaining its color tone over a long period of time. CONSTITUTION:This optical disk has a metallic reflecting layer 4 having >=80% reflectance at 450 to 800nm wavelength on the transparent substrate 2 and a color tone controlling layer 6 contg. a colorant on the reflecting layer 4. The light transmittance (T) of the color tone controlling layer 6 is >=80% at 700 to 800nm wavelength, 30 to 90% at 600 to 700nm wavelength and <=60% at 450 to 500nm wavelength. |
