The air conditioner with heating, humidifying and dehumidifying functions has a housing divided by a vertical partition and comprises heaters and fans which are placed at each side of the partition. One side of the partition has a humidifying subsystem having a vaporising water storage vessel and heater. The dehumidifying side comprises a compressor, a capillary tube, a condenser and an evaporator. A horizontal partition divides the internal space into four sections. A section contains the vaporising water storage vessel and the compressor, and another section contains a vessel for collecting condensate water from the evaporator.
